- Multi-view technical flats. Front, back, side, and inside where applicable. Black vector-style line drawings, not fashion illustrations. The flats show construction features clearly: seams, darts, pleats, panel joins, zip locations, pocket placement.
- Bill of Materials (BOM). Every fabric, lining, interfacing, trim, hardware, thread, label, and tag the garment uses. With reference Pantone colours where applicable. The BOM is what your factory uses to source materials.
- Spec sheet and measurements. Critical measurement points, tolerance bands, seam allowance map. For a blazer this is shoulder width, chest width, sleeve length, back length, lapel width. For a paper-bag trouser it is high-waist circumference, hip-to-hem rise, leg opening, inseam.
- Construction sequence. Step-by-step assembly order, fabric handling notes, finishing details, reinforcement zones. Tells the factory in what order to construct the garment, where to interface, where to topstitch, where to bind.
- Grading. How the measurements scale across sizes. Without grading the factory either guesses (which produces a bad fit on every size except the sample) or pushes back and asks for a graded spec.
- QC checklist and sign-off. The quality control template a factory uses at first fitting and final assembly. Sign-off page so issues are flagged and tracked.
